Unfortunately, the pool area needed upkeep and my room's bathroom cleanliness was a bit concerning.

The staff provided outstanding service, assisting with early check-in and ensuring I was comfortable throughout my stay. The room was well appointed and equipped with a microwave, fridge, and Keurig coffee maker. However, the breakfast lacked warmth and variety, and my final bill was unexpectedly higher than quoted, leading to disappointment. The pool area was enjoyable but in need of some maintenance to enhance the experience.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The key card to my room stopped working multiple times, causing us to call maintenance who seemed overwhelmed. To make it worse, housekeeping barged into my room at 8:23 AM while I was still in bed! I was caught off guard and felt completely disrespected by this invasion of my privacy. I've had similar issues during previous stays, so it seems like this is a recurring problem.

My kids wished for better cleanliness in the pool area.

the staff here were professional and friendly, making my stay very pleasant, and the access to nearby parks and attractions like the Royal Aviation Museum of Western Canada and Bruce Park made my city strolls truly enjoyable.

The hotel is situated in a safe neighborhood, just a short bike ride from shopping centers. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready with coffee and snacks. The room itself was well-equipped with a microwave and a coffeemaker, making it easy to refuel after a long day of cycling.

I did notice a slight odor in the bathroom that was a bit unpleasant.

The Standard King Room was really nicely set up. Super clean and spacious, which was a huge plus. Loved having a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. But, I gotta say, it was a bit noisy due to families with kids. I missed having a bathtub plug, which I asked about but never got. Bed was comfy, though! Overall, not bad.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a free airport shuttle. On my first stay, the staff helped me with directions, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend this hotel for a city trip.
